WHAT TO EXPECT AT YOUR VISIT
We start therapy with the initial intake session. This session is usually 60-120 minutes (sometimes split into two sessions) and is very structured. We overview your history so that I can give you the best care possible for the rest of the time you are in therapy with me.

I provide Telehealth as well as in-person visits. For Telehealth I utilize a HIPAA compliant video service designed for therapy called "doxy.me" - It works by me sending you a link to your email address or your cellphone (your choice). You click the link and you are in. No downloads are required.
Video chat does require a stable internet connection. If you do not have I am able to do therapy sessions by phone.
